Chris Wilkins

Chris has played spikeball since it's third nationally competitive season in 2015. There, he and his team, Spikebrawlers made the round of 32 as an entrance into the pro scene. Chris went on to play as Living Wierdo's, where his team picked up wins over top 25 ranked teams and found a couple podiums for two seasons. From there, he began to conqure Midwest podiums for the next two seasons with Patirck Drucker as team "World Wide" where they joined Origin, the biggest roundnet club in Chicago. World Wide became the first sponsored ClubSpike team as they took 2nd place in Grand Slams and Regionals, evidently qualifying for the pro division and becoming the 9th ranked team in the nation. As Drucker moved onto his journey in Atlanta, Chris became good friends and partner with Nick Daub where they have reigned podiums throughout the Midwest for the past 2 seasons. As a team who hardly travels, they're known well enough by their competition to be ranked respectively as a top 25 team in the world rankings. This season, Spidey Senses will have a strong showing in the Midwest with a couple shots at Challenger events.

Nick Daub

Nick started playing Spikeball with his high school friends back in 2014, almost everyday during the summer of his junior year. That was around the time when he really found a passion for the sport. Competing in his first tournament in 2015 and quickly learning that there was still a lot to be learned, he joined Origin Roundnet Club and began playing/practicing weekly with 2 of the top 5 teams in the country. Teams: Vengeance - Dylan Fogarty/Chris Hornacek and Chaos - Matt Bohnen/Ryan Weiler.

After some time soaking up the new attributes these players had, Nick began playing at a very high level amongst the talent in the homeland area so he started traveling to more events with former teammate, Mike Priller, and faired well against some top teams while they played for 3 seasons, 2016-2019. Then Covid happened, so traveling wasn’t a top priority though that didn’t slow down Nick. Nick took advantage of the free time and would practice weekly with Chris on serves and defensive simulated plays thus leading to the decision of pairing up for the 2021 season. Together the duo battled their way to a ClubSpike 2nd place at Spikeball Nationals in the premier division aswell as taking many podiums in multiple other events hosted by the SRA/Midwest Roundnet Association. Alongside a successful season with Chris, Nick made the top 10 players via Midwest Roundnet Association in 2021. These guys are hungry for highlights and have been preparing all winter for the SRA/MRA 2022 season. Hype, Heart, & Hustle!
